Key responsibilities include bid support, design assistance, and creation of written materials (proposals, presentations, and collateral).Intern learning outcomes:Develop and implement organizational skillsGain knowledge of internal and external construction marketing processesImprove communication skills; verbal and writtenHone project skillsAnalyze processes and communicate findings and recommendationsEnhance MS Suite, Illustrator, Teams, Forms, and OneNote skillsWhat your duties and responsibilities consist of:Assist with many aspects of request for proposal documentsPerform quality control on proposals and other materialsAssist with edits and proofreads responses to requests for proposals and qualifications to ensure comprehensive and compliant responsesCoordinate, attend, and contribute to marketing meetings with respective teamsDevelop written materials including brochures, project lists, data sheets, and resumes, performing functions within CRM databases and/or collaborating with department champions to obtain informationProduce and distribute effective promotional and collateral marketing materialsCreate and maintain proposal graphics in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPointCollaborate with Mktg Mgr. to finalize design mock-ups in IllustratorSEO Enhancement - Website maintenance and updatesExecute additional duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirementsWho we are looking for:Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationshipsCommitment to Royal Linking Values, with attention to Integrity, Expertise, Passion, Collaboration, and LoyaltyKnowledge of graphic design principlesAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsAbility to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, initiative, communication, and teamworkProficiency in MS Office, WordPress, as well as creative software such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopUnderstanding of web publishing requirementsEditorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferencesAbility to develop skills in SEO and web traffic metricsProject management skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and writing skills in EnglishSalary Range:$21.00 - $25.00We offer competitive pay and more!Royal is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
