Job Description***Only qualified Graphic Designer candidates located near the Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Looking for a self-driven individual Graphic Designer contributor, who will be responsible for executing print and digital layouts and revisions as assigned for internal marketing campaigns. Must be able to consistently meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of work while managing multiple projects across multiple platforms. Also, must be able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications include:

• 4-7+ years of experience at an in-house creative department or design agency

• Strong creative, conceptual, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills

• Adaptable and quick learner

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator must have) (After Effects/Premiere is a plus)

• Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and PowerPoint)

• Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually

• Expert knowledge in graphic & pre-production process

• Ability to work with vendors and partners around all project specifications including budgets, quantities and version control

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting priorities

• Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design and UX trends

• Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout

• Adaptable, quick learner that seeks feedback and responds effectively and appropriately to creative feedback and provides solutions to keep the projects moving

• Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
