Job Summary:

DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigations firm, seeks a talented addition to our fast-paced Evidence Division with our Central Valley office!

The Video Evidence Processor will edit detailed evidence reports submitted by our Surveillance Investigators and Social Media Investigators for potentially fraudulent Workers' Compensation claims on behalf of our clients. This entry-level position will also be trained on editing confidential video footage evidence obtained during potentially fraudulent disability, liability, and Workers' Compensation claims uploaded daily over to our Central Valley office from our Surveillance Investigators.

The Video Evidence Processor will maintain the flow of evidence throughout the office, back up video footage, and update sensitive information on a daily basis. You will work with an innovative and talented team that is continuing to grow.

Responsibilities:

- Edit video evidence (formal training will be provided)

- High-accuracy, high-volume data-entry and report editing- Storage and back up of video footage- Track and maintain video footage inventory- Coordinate and manage output of video- Operate video duplication equipment with efficiency- Promptly handle and secure evidence- Work under a deadline and multi-task- Answer phones- Maintain workflow through the office- Maintain communication with clients- Accounts receivable duties, working directly with clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a writing-intensive or research-intensive major is preferred- Strong attention to detail, outstanding editing skills- Must be able to type 50+ words per minute- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents- Exceptional written, and oral communication skills- Maintain a consistent "can-do" attitude- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information- Work in a team environment with inside and outside field staff
