As part of our Growth Marketing teams, you will work with the Director, B2C Growth and the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to execute digital campaigns focused on achieving growth goals.

As a

Marketing Manager - Digital , you will be responsible for driving the success of DHI's digital marketing initiatives for both the B2B and B2C growth marketing teams. You will manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring each is being managed optimally against identified marketing objectives, while proactively seeking testing opportunities and areas for potential expansion to improve program performance.

In the short term you will:Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with B2C & B2B Growth goals.Campaign Management:

Oversee and optimize campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate partner channels, ensuring alignment with performance goals and maximizing ROI.Vendor & Partner Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with internal strategies and goals.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using key metrics to adjust strategies and improve ROI.In the long term you will:

Creative Oversight : Review and approve digital creative assets and ad copy, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.Stay Current with Trends : Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.What you bring to the team:

Required:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization practices.Preferred:

Experience working in Saas or Recruitment industries.Experience working with job aggregators preferred.

Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
