As a Digital Marketing Developer at AIAG, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and technology. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital assets that align with our marketing strategies and business goals. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Digital Assets:

Build, test, and deploy responsive websites, landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets that support marketing campaigns and general target audience engagement.Collaborate with Marketing and IT:

Work closely with the marketing team to translate design concepts and campaign objectives into functional and optimized digital solutions. Collaborate with IT on implementation of IT projects, including testing, designing and suggesting better ways to improve AIAG systems, including system stability. Testing and troubleshooting website applications and issuesOptimize User Experience:

Implement best practices in UX/UI design to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.SEO and Analytics Integration:

Ensure all digital assets are optimized for search engines (SEO) and integrated with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and provide actionable insights.A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization:

Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Content Management:

Manage and update content across various platforms using content management systems (CMS) such as Sitefinity.Database management:

Maintain contact information, including importing/exporting, workflow creation using logic and properties, and maintain email deliverability.Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Continuously research and apply the latest web development and digital marketing trends to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in web development, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.Technical skills:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScripCMS Platforms (e.g., Sitefinity)Knowledge of SEO architecture; UI, UX and Cross-browser compatibility

Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, Google Console, CRM (e.g., HubSpot preferred)Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suites (photoshop, illustrator) or Figma is a plusStrong Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills
