General Purpose and Essential Duties:

The Senior Marketing Manager is acquisition focused through defining, developing, launching, and analyzing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive leads and conversion to sale. The Senior Marketing Manager works in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop, execute and measure marketing strategies with a continuous eye on growth and optimization.

Develop, implement, and track both digital and traditional brand and product marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns.Lead projects from ideation to successful execution by collaborating with both internal and external teams, including creative, marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics.Build and maintain an effective working relationship with sales and other business leaders to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs.Carry out qualitative and quantitative research and analyze campaign performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing ongoing marketing campaigns.Stay current with shifting industry trends, customer demographics and expectations, and key stakeholders’ requirements.Oversee and manage several marketing based, cross functional projects simultaneously.Collaborate in creating and updating a marketing events calendar in a timely and efficient mannerAllocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost efficiency.Oversee and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and provide recommendations to improve conversion pipeline growth and reduce cost-per-lead.Mentor fellow marketing team members.Required Skills, Abilities, Education & Experience:

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communicationUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent analytical skills and a knack for identifying trends and turning insights into recommendations to improve performance.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Expertise in copywriting components of marketing promotions and their impact on successSocial media strategy expertise and influencer marketingStrong skills in defining an AI strategy for the organizationA focus on leadership by example, a bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field8+ years of experience in marketing2+ years in a senior level role preferredProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns preferredDirect, hands-on experience executing and managing campaigns across various marketing channels, both traditional and digital – social, search, display, email, digital audio/OTT, outdoor, direct mail, and traditional advertising.Experience with both traditional and digital media preferred.Experience developing and communicating go-to-market plans and campaign briefsExperience with Google Analytics, CRM metrics and analytics, and media measurement.
