We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Regional Marketing Operations Manager - US

to join our Marketing Operations team. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment, connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. As our Regional Marketing Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role in optimizing and executing our North American marketing operations strategy.

What will you do?

Be the go-to Marketing Operations expert for the Americas regionCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including: Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnership, Sales, and moreQA and implement Marketing email campaigns through MarketoAccurately upload prospects to our CRM following regional eventsBuild complex routing logic, including new projects and maintenanceUtilize ZoomEvents for webinars and virtual event managementMonitor data metrics to ensure accurate reporting and optimize campaign performanceManage multiple projects simultaneously and work with deadlinesDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, and can see beyond the day-to-day to strategically optimize processes**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Base salaries for this role range from $102,000 - $135,000 per year.

When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates' depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.
