ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing patient acquisition and engagement strategies across various marketing channels. This position supports the Integrated Marketing function and is vital to driving growth across the entire business.

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing cross-functional growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Here's what you'll do:Execute patient acquisition strategies across all segments, focusing on both digital and offline channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement overall market strategies.Analyze campaign data and apply insights to future tests, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI.Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across channels and segments, iterating based on learnings.Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, budgets, and KPIs.Support the development and execution of acquisition strategies set by senior leadership.ABOUT YOU

3-5 years of experience in US digital and offline marketing, including direct response, preferably in high-growth startups, DTC space, subscription e-commerce, or healthcare companies.Proven success executing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including performance marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and offline channels (e.g., direct mail, podcasts).Experience managing paid acquisition channels, budgets, and KPIs.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools and translating data into actionable recommendations.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product and Insights)COMPENSATION RANGE:

$70,000 - $85,000 based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
