The

Creative Director

requires an effective storyteller with strong knowledge of production and post-production, who can oversee the development of effective DRTV and CTV products - from concept to air. This is a client-facing position that will have you working directly with one of the nation's largest non-profits to develop innovative creative and ensure that creative strategies align with client success goals.

Your impact:Oversee the production of creative content - from script to screen - ensuring it meets brand guidelines and project goals.Create concepts and write scripts for longform, shortform and digital content.Pitch creative concepts and strategiesAble to work with production timelines and deadlinesIntegrate innovative approaches based on audience insightsCollaborate with fellow creatives to organically develop and deliver inspiring, high-quality strategies on schedule.Your Profile:

10 years experience in DRTV creative developmentBA or 10 years experience as a creative writer/producerProven track record as a Creative Director or in a similar role within TV production. Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.Strong writing and communication skillsDRTV fundraising experience.Ability to work across teams of experts to deliver on-strategy campaigns.Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies is a huge bonus.Please provide a portfolio or examples of previous work with your applicationHow We'll Support you:
