Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon's premium free streaming service.

Amazon MGM Studio's Key Art Production Studio is looking for a hands-on Creative Key Art Finisher to be a part of our in-house finishing team. This role is vital to the success of our Key Art Production Studio as they will be responsible for finishing key art for studio campaigns. This role requires a subject matter expert well versed in Photoshop key art finishing, capable of producing final art independently and with a very high quality bar. Key to our success is an in-depth understanding of how to build complex key art in a modular and highly adaptable way.

This job cannot be based virtually and must be located on-site in Culver City, California.

Key job responsibilities

Produce final art in Adobe PhotoshopProduce files that are well structured and modularOperate as a subject matter expert in both RGB and CMYK color spacesCoordinate closely with the Group Lead Creative Finisher to understand the requirements for each projectDeliver quality work under quick deadlines and provide accurate time assessmentsWork with leadership to develop and implement best practices and standard operating proceduresAdhere to quality best practice guidelines

A day in the life

This role will work closely with team leadership and Key Art Producers, as well as Creative Directors and Art Directors to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the highest quality final assets and file organization.

About The Team

Our Key Art Production team is a fast-paced and growing team within Amazon MGM Studios Marketing. We are responsible for end-to-end production of static assets. Our in-house Key Art Production Studio is a vital part of our success having the ability to quickly turn around finishing and production requests from our stakeholders. This position will be a vital role on the team to ensure the quality of our final assets and the techniques being used meet or exceed our very high quality bar.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of creative services experienceExperience leading projects across multiple stakeholdersExperience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or companyExperience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studioUnderstanding of best practices for file organization and structure

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience creative finishing in an agency or finishing vendor environmentExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsAdept at building modular files ready for creative adaptation into various proportionsMaintain organization of working files to create efficiencies within the team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
