Overview We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in high-growth tech companies.Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms. Other tools include ChiliPiper, Outreach, StoreLeads, Insycle, and Splash.Data Management and Analysis:Generate actionable insights through data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making. Implement data management best practices to ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing data.Campaign Execution and Automation:Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and automate campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Own lead nurturing processes to enhance lead generation and conversion.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain regular reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Process Optimization:Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows. Work closely with Demand Generation and BDR leadership to analyze and continually improve the marketing funnel.Qualifications
