Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.PlanningFacilitate creative project kickoffsIn briefings and other communications, ensure that project objectives are clear and that creatives have enough contextual details about the project and the timing to produce intended resultsDevelop production timelines for assigned projects ensuring that the Creative Services team, including Copy and Design, have the bandwidth necessary to meet deadlinesResolve bandwidth issues by determining highest priority items and partnering with Director to ensure that resources are being properly utilizedUsing the management tools available to the team, including Monday.com, ensure that all projects are properly tracked in the system so that all stakeholders have visibility to the commitments madeExecutionCommunicate timelines, due dates and approvals to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals, supporting strategic prioritiesFacilitate creative reviews and approvals project kickoffs with the creative team, whether in the form of meetings or emails. Manage changes to projects, anticipate potential roadblocks, like bandwidth, and develop creative solutions to keep projects on their timelines, elevating issues to Director as necessaryTraffic creative through rounds of review (including final creative), ensuring that all feedback is addressed prior to going back to stakeholdersCommunicate updates and manage expectations with stakeholders on project statusProcess ImprovementsIdentify ways to improve process efficiency and share with Director to improve overall working of the departmentEssential Functions:Demonstrated follow-up skills and an extremely keen sense of urgencyOccasionally be available to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, if/when necessary in order to support critical project deadlines and demandsDemonstrated ability to multitask and produce high-quality work in a deadline-driven environmentExperience operating a variety of system applications (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Monday, and Airtable)Experience consulting with cross-functional teams on event planningAbility to prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field5+ years of creative project management experience at an agency or within an organization2+ years of agency experience being an interface with clientsKeen understanding of how Creative Services teams workExcellent project management skills, including but not limited to:Defining and executing processes and routines to drive team collaborationCreating project plans and timelines and revising timelines based on changesHighly organized, collaborative, and oriented to problem-solvingDelivers work in a timely manner, keeping all parties informed and moving towards deadlinesSelf-starter and proactive, with the ability to manage projects without hands-on managementProficiency with Google Suite - Docs, Spreadsheets, GmailStellar verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be direct and diplomatic
