This role will heavily leverage analytics, AI, and other technology-led tools to develop packages that extend the value of content across Medscape and WebMD while growing engagement across a range of audience segments. Duties include working with editors, content creators, marketing, designers, analytics and sales to ideate, produce and market high-performing content packages. This position will work with a geographically distributed team and reports to the Executive Director of Editorial.This role is based in El Segundo, Calif.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include:Leverage data and analytics on both audience and performance to identify content gaps and opportunities.Working with other producers, editors, marketers, and designers to conceive and create packages and supporting content.Use AI to ideate and as an integral part of your content creation toolkit.Work across teams in all geographies.Create, assign, and edit pieces for accuracy, readability, and audience segment alignment.Execute new editorial programs as outlined by senior editorial leadership.REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent professional experience.1-2 years of project management experience.1-2 years of marketing or agency experience.5-7 years of experience as a digital editor in branded or other content; experience in health content for a professional audience is ideal.Proven ability using AI to create content.Proven ability to manage geographically diverse teams.Ability to work collaboratively.Excellent attention to detail; superior organizational skills.Comfort working on deadline in a virtual environment.Experience with content management systems and project management systems (Workfront) preferred but not required.Fluency in multiple languages a plus.This role will be in office, out of our El Segundo, CA, Atlanta, GA or Newark, NJ locations.Salary $80,000 - $125,000
