Stipend paidRequirements:Experience coaching and mentoring middle school theatre students.Experience and comfort working and connecting with a diverse student population including LGBTQIA+ students.Experience with all aspects of a theatre production: auditions, casting, blocking, rehearsals, acting work and concentration, costuming, makeup, technical aspects such as lighting and set design, and a working knowledge of theatre terms, expectations, and culture.The Assistant Director will participate in a production meeting prior to auditions.The Assistant Director will meet with the Director prior to auditions to discuss the Assistant Director’s responsibilities and duties for the show.Attend all auditions and discuss casting decisions with the director.Application Procedure:Apply online.
