Support the execution of packaging designs through to production, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards.Prepare and finalize production files, including dielines, for a variety of packaging formats such as boxes, labels, and blister packs.Verify that all images are prepared and optimized for print production.Ensure all packaging designs adhere to print specifications and maintain the highest quality standards.File Preparation & Management:

Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are properly labeled, archived, and easily accessible.Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.Work closely with senior designers, product managers, sales, and the marketing teams to ensure packaging designs are both functional and visually appealing.Communicate effectively with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.Quality Control:

Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and consistency in layout, typography, color, and other design elements.Participate in the proofing and approval process, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.Stay informed about industry trends, packaging innovations, and production techniques.Offer suggestions for improving existing packaging designs to enhance functionality and visual impact.What You'll Need…Education:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:

2-3 years of experience in graphic design or production art, with a focus on packaging design. Experience in preparing files for print and working with dielines.Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of production processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What's a Plus:

Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools. Experience working with packaging materials and print vendors. Basic photography skills. Full-time Temporary 6-8 Months (can be permanent).Pay range:

$23.00 to $25.00 an hour set range.Schedule:

8-hour Shift, Monday to Friday.Work Location:
