The Director of User Experience (UX) is responsible for shaping and driving the UX strategy across all NCBE products. This role focuses on ensuring that all products are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of the organization's diverse user base. The Director of UX works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Assessment Development and IT, to integrate user-centered design principles into every stage of product development.Duties and Responsibilities:UX Strategy Development:

Leads the creation and implementation of a UX strategy that aligns with NCBE's product goals and ensures a consistent, high-quality user experience across all platforms.User Research:

Oversees user research activities to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, and translates these insights into actionable recommendations.Collaboration:

Partners with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.Innovation:

Stays current with industry trends and best practices in UX and accessibility, applying this knowledge to innovate and improve NCBE's products.Budget Management:

Manages the budget for the UX portion of the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals and timelines.Team Building:

Over time building a UX team to support the entire suite of NCBE products.Cross-Functional Advocacy:

Serves as a UX advocate within the organization, promoting a user-centered mindset across all departments and levels.Vendor Management:
