This position leads a global team of creative professionals, with responsibility for multiple programs: McKinsey's brand content strategy and operations, brand news and copy production, organic social media, and client impact storytelling.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Lead McKinsey's global content and storytelling strategy, ensuring we share impactful stories.Drive innovation across our content mix, formats, channels, and tone.Set the agenda for our broader marketing content approach and partner on flagship global campaigns.Lead the brand news and copy program, acting as the editorial engine for various platforms.Ensure content reflects McKinsey's commitment to sustainable inclusive growth.Direct McKinsey's organic social media program, focusing on content strategy and innovation.Lead client impact storytelling and engage colleagues around our brand content agenda.Key functions of the role include:Crafting and executing global brand marketing strategies.Ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.Managing the production of diverse marketing content.Analyzing market trends for brand growth opportunities.Monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness and making strategic adjustments.QualificationsMinimum of ten years in content development, strategic and creative communications, social media, and brand leadership on a global scale.Demonstrated expertise in external corporate communications.Proven leadership of a diverse and inclusive team.Strong collaboration skills with executives and clients.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Experience leading internal cultural change initiatives.Expertise in launching communications strategies that boost visibility.Excellent project management skills.A passion for storytelling and a commitment to making a positive global impact.Analytical acumen to optimize content effectiveness.Apply NowMcKinsey & Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
