Regional Vice President of Construction

to join our team in the Central-West Region. The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all construction operations within the designated region. This role involves managing multiple large-scale projects, ensuring quality standards, maintaining budgets, and developing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The RVP will play a critical role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.Why TAK?Growing, in-demand industryNationwide FootprintVariety of Benefits Package Options (Medical, Dental & Vision)401(k) with Company Match25K Company Paid Life InsuranceCompetitive CompensationThe Role:Oversee all construction projects within the region, ensuring timely and on-budget deliveryDevelop and manage regional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceededMonitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitabilityManage monthly and annual regional market P&L budgets, providing additional reports and metrics as required to track financial performanceProvide top-level customer relationship management, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the construction processBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for major regional clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyaltyDevelop and implement regional strategies to achieve organizational goalsEnforce company safety standards and promote a safety-first culture across all projectsLead initiatives to improve safety performance and reduce incidentsApprove major expenditures and manage cost control measures across all projectsParticipate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements to secure favorable termsIdentify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesLead and mentor regional teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovationManage project risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and productivityProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunitiesPromote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across the regionLead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining top talentEnsure all regional construction activities comply with federal, state, and local regulationsRequirements:10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field a plusProven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the telecommunications industryStrong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel frequently within the region as required, up to 50-75% +/- annuallyStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesDeep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and industry trendsCommitment to safety and quality standardsValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
