Regional Vice President of Construction

to join our team in the North-West Region. The RVP of Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all construction operations within the designated region, managing multiple large-scale projects, ensuring quality standards, maintaining budgets, and developing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.The Role:Oversee all construction projects within the region, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.Provide top-level customer relationship management, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the construction process.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve organizational goals.Enforce company safety standards and promote a safety-first culture across all projects.Lead initiatives to improve safety performance and reduce incidents.Approve major expenditures and manage cost control measures across all projects.Participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements.Identify growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Lead and mentor regional teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.Manage project risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across the region.Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.Ensure all regional construction activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Requirements:10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the telecommunications industry.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently within the region as required, up to 50-75% annually.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and industry trends.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Valid driver’s license.Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen).The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
