Senior Social Media Manager , you’ll work directly with the Director of Cultural Insights to drive our social media strategies, leading the charge in planning, executing, and fine-tuning campaigns for both our clients and the agency itself. You’re not just on top of social and digital trends—you’re setting them, guiding the team to explore new technologies and tactics that keep us ahead of the curve. With a deep understanding of all social media channels, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping broader marketing strategies, ensuring that every piece of content we produce makes a lasting impact. Most importantly, you’re results-driven, detail-oriented, and have a knack for solving problems before they even arise.

Craft and lead high-level social media strategies that align with the big-picture goals of Fact & Fiction and our clients.Mentor and guide a team of social media managers and community managers, ensuring that our brand’s voice is consistent and impactful across all platforms.Oversee and optimize content calendars, social posts, and analytics reporting, making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively across multiple client accounts.Keep our publishing schedules on track, working closely with client marketing departments and community managers to ensure everything is in sync.Use advanced tools to schedule, manage, and analyze content, making sure we’re always leveraging the best platforms (think Sprout Social, Iconosquare, Dash Hudson).Continuously refine our content editorial calendars, planning strategic marketing campaigns that hit the mark every time.Lead the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns, often collaborating with other agency partners to make sure we’re all rowing in the same direction.Stay on top of analytics and reporting, using data to drive our strategies and presenting key insights to executive leadership.Here’s what you need to get our attention.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of hands-on experience in social and digital media, with deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.A proven track record of creating and executing social media strategies that drive real results.Experience with paid social media campaigns and advanced campaign management tools.High-level technical skills in social media scheduling, management, and analytics platforms like Sprout Social, Iconosquare, Buffer, and Dash Hudson.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with different departments.Here’s what will make us call you for sure.
