Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Lead UX Content Designer for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Conduct content audits and evaluate existing experienceCreate content strategy based on business requirements, including information architecture and user flowsWork with leadership, UX team, and product management to establish sprint deliverablesProduce microcopy including instructions, menus, labels, and alerts. Other content may include landing pages, emails, and site documentation.Research, evangelize, and follow best practices for content strategy and UX writingCollaborate closely with designersTrack down answers from subject matter experts and other partnersBuild alignment between UX team members, product managers, and developers
Qualifications:Must be a superb writer and editor.Content strategyUX writingSuperior communication & collaboration
