Product Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.Relocation assistance is offered for this role to sit in Mason OH, Morris Plains NJ, Atlanta GA, or Charlotte NC.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop new ideas for new product introductions to accelerate growth and profitabilityManage NPI roadmap to ensure NPI vitality over the STRAP periodLead NPI projects in the regionReport NPI financial metrics to managementRun the NPI gate review processConduct VOCs and develop key relationships across the value chainUtilize marketing toolkit including value propositions, SAM, TAM, GTM strategies, value chain mapping and segmentation to evaluate new opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with customer marketing, sales, R&D, finance and ISCSupport creation of AOP and STRAP by providing strategic forecasts and market intelligence for NPI projectsDevelop US aftermarket value chain identifying profit pools and figuring out ways to extract more value from the chainIdentify ways to create customer loyalty through advertising, rebate programs and marketing campaignsConduct market research and create updates to highlight key trends and to drive conclusions and actionable recommendations for the businessCreate aftermarket pricing schemes to maximize value and drive new product adoptionResearch competitor’s offerings and market position and identify strategies to protect and gain sharePrepare and present project and marketing updates to senior managementCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts.
