The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and strategizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising and a strong ability to drive campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy:

Develop and implement effective paid media strategies to meet client objectives, including ROI, brand awareness, and lead generation.Campaign Management:

Oversee the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.Performance Analysis:

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.Budget Management:

Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Collaboration:

Work closely with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continually improve campaign performance.Reporting:

Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing.Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing and strategizing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.B2B + Agency Experience PreferredSkills:

Expertise in Media Buying, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Attributes:

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign management.
