DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our company’s paid advertising and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that align with our business goals. You will manage advertising efforts across multiple regions, ensuring that our campaigns are effectively reaching target audiences and driving engagement and conversions.

Hours: 40 hours/week (full time)

Location: Full time in-office at Behavior Frontiers Headquarters in El Segundo, CA

Salary: $67,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising Platforms:

Google Ads: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.Meta Ads Manager: Expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Other Platforms: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms as relevant to the business.Analytics and Reporting Tools:

Google Analytics: Ability to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data.Ad Platform Analytics: Proficient in interpreting data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platform-specific analytics dashboards.Bid Management and Optimization:

Understanding of manual vs. automated bidding strategies and how to adjust bids to achieve campaign goals.Knowledge of cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) metrics.Keyword Research and Audience Targeting:

Keyword Research Tools: Proficiency with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for identifying and selecting relevant keywords.Audience Targeting: Expertise in creating and refining audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom data.Ad Copywriting and Creative Development:

Ad Copywriting: Ability to write compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.Creative Content Design: Experience working with Canva to develop visually appealing and high-performing ad creatives (banners, videos, etc.).A/B Testing and Experimentation:

Proficiency in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize ad performance, including testing ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing pages.Budget Management:

Budget Allocation: Skill in managing and allocating budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI.Budget Optimization: Ability to monitor spend and recommend adjustments to improve campaign efficiency.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Understanding of CRO principles and techniques to optimize landing pages and increase conversion rates.SEO and SEM:

Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and its relationship to paid search campaigns (SEM).Ability to integrate SEO strategies with paid media efforts for holistic search marketing.Technical Skills:

Tag Management: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking and implementing conversion tags.Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Sprout Social, SEMrush, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud for integrating paid media with broader marketing strategies.Project Management:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.Industry Knowledge:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in digital advertising platforms.Communication and Collaboration:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to explain complex data and strategies in a clear and understandable manner.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field4+ years managing paid media campaigns in a multi-region or national settingProficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reports and draw meaningful conclusionsProficiency with Squarespace, SEMrush, Canva and Sprout Social
