Become a pivotal part of the push to transform luxury homebuilding. As one of our first Product Designers, you will play a crucial role in shaping our user interface and user experience, directly impacting our clients’ success in managing and winning jobs.

Job Duties
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define the vision, strategy, and goals of our groundbreaking products.
Lead user experience research, leveraging insights to prioritize and validate design decisions.
Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring they effectively communicate design concepts.
Provide leadership and direction in design, setting high standards for aesthetics and functionality.
Mentor and support the growth of future design team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Interface with our engineering team to make handoffs and iterations seamless.
Lead user research sessions to understand workflows, discover pain points, and gather feedback on prototypes.
Brainstorm with engineers and product managers on solution shape for new initiatives.
Create and implement our design system and process.
Partner with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent.
Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience in designing digital products, with a strong portfolio in UI/UX design.
Proven track record of leading product design strategy from conception through implementation.
Expertise in creating visual and technical guidelines for design systems.
Demonstrated ability to influence both user experience and strategic business outcomes.
Advanced Requirements (Preferred)
Background in building software for project management, fintech, or within regulated environments.
Experience with AI and machine learning tools in a design context is a plus.
