We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to own the GTM segment strategy for scale outreach sellers on eBay. Drive business growth with innovation in growth channelsWhat You will Accomplish:Segment Strategy:

Partner with stakeholders to innovate on customer experiences, driving growth for ads business. Collaborate with channel owners to develop cohesive strategies for a seamless customer journey that drives lead generation, customer adoption, retention and segment growth

Growth Channels:

Innovate and expand growth channels, including incentive programs for sellers/customers at scale.

Customer Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to drive SMB customer engagement, increase upsell opportunities and reduce churn. Rapidly test new ideas, leveraging data and insights to innovate and improve continuously

Performance Analysis:

Using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Lead with a disciplined, data-driven approach to continually assess business performance and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Regularly report on metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Process Optimization:

Create and refine scalable processes to enhance team efficiency and overall performance. Act as an escalation point to help resolve issues, triage problems, and support account growth as needed.

What You Will Bring:Experience:

10+ years in marketing leadership roles. Experience Owning P&L and experience in lifecycle & lower funnel channel marketing. Experience developing promotional and loyalty programs for customers at scale.

Leadership:

Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on strategic and operational excellence.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities with a deep understanding of sales metrics, performance standards, and methodologies.

Strong collaboration skills in matrixed set up:

Proven track record of effectively and productively collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organization set up.

Leading under ambiguity:

Ability to keep team motivated and focused in a fast paced environment that may bring ambiguity.

Ability to working across global time-zones : Ability to lead team and partnering with collaborators distributed globally.

Business (B2C) and Consumer (C2C) marketing Experience:

Extensive knowledge of SMB sales and marketing processes and experience marketing to C2C (customer to customer) audiences.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$126,800 - $187,550

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
