One can expect about 15-20 hours a week to start. There is a mandatory team huddle Monday through Friday at 10am ET. We do collaborate often so ET is highly preferable.Compensation$40-55/hourPOSITION OBJECTIVESCollaborate with the creative team in the production of various branding, print, digital, event and experience, and informative solutionsDeliver on our company's brand promise and valuesBuild a strong relationship with the team and clientsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain company communication standards, turnaround times, deadlines, and review processConfidently develop solutions for branding, print, digital, event & experience design, and informational designCollaborate with the creative team to ensure designs meet the company quality standards of "how we do it here," are visually consistent, and solve the client's visual problemAPPLICANT REQUIREMENTSEasy to communicate with and extremely detail-orientedThink like a problem-solver, not an order-takerDesire to work with a vast roster of clients, across a span of industriesAbility to work and communicate in a highly collaborative, inclusive team environmentREQUIRED TACTICAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3 years real-world design experience (with work samples to back it up)Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of WordPress is an added bonusWilling to work in PowerPoint and MailChimp from time to timeExperience with layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, branding, print, digital, event and experience, and informative solutionsOpenness to learning, adapting, and growing alongside our creative teamStrong proofreading and editing skillsExcellent attention to detail---> To be considered, applicants must email the following to
