Our Brands. Your Future.Summary:Assists the brand marketing department with the creation and execution of marketing materials and plans. Coordinates and executes activities involved in the preparation and delivery of advertising and sales promotions. Supports senior leadership with analytics support and event coordination. Supports the analysis of business results for marketing collateral using company tools as needed.Essential Functions :Participates in brand-building initiatives and executes brand marketing support for assigned brand(s).Submits brand/product content to Compliance and secures approval of the content for use in tasting notes, consumer communications and brand programming.Works with Brand and Communications to learn and coordinate input of Digital Assets to Gallo Content Hub. Partners with Communications Coordinator to ensure appropriate materials are posted to Gallo Content Hub in a timely fashion. Ensures the creative approval process for design requirements is met prior to submitting.Serves as marketing liaison to such groups as the Legal department, and the Compliance department.Coordinates support of marketing materials and product samples to Direct-to-Consumer, Special Events, Experiential, Hospitality and Tasting rooms, and Sales teams.Provides general administrative support to brand teams to include planning & coordination as well as limited ad hoc general administrative needs for the department.Supports analysis of business results for marketing collateral using company tools.Undergoes data pulls, provides analysis and develops recommendations/hypothesis to appropriate requestor.Identifies brand trends and key business drivers; forwards information and makes recommendations based on data results.Coordinates the implementation of brand collateral ensuring materials are on equity and deliver on communication objectives.Supports the brand team in consumer facing marketing programs, both local and national in scope.Participates in the Annual Business Review/Brand Planning Process when necessary.Gains and maintains an understanding of all assigned Business Unit brands (brand universe, look/tone/feel etc.).Assists brand teams in fulfilling and shipping orders for product samples, POS, spirits, supplies, etc.Prepares and coordinates special projects as needed.Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor's degree; OR Bachelor's degree; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of communications, marketing, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Computer skill requirements include: Basic MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.Required to be 18 years or older. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration plus 2 years of communications, marketing or sales experience.Preferred computer skills: Intermediate MS Suite to include but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and basic syndicated data systems (e.g., IRI, Flex, and Spectra).Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.Knowledge of and experience with applying the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.Skilled in written and verbal communications, organization and time management, and problem solving.

CompensationHiring Hourly Range: $26.63 - $39.90/HourActual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
