As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling our business to new heights. You'll build Marketo programs, help manage our email marketing programs, and support the marketing team with data to guide optimization decisions. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role will help implement all programmatic and operational initiatives in Marketo including email promotions, lead nurtures, content programs, and data management automation. This person will also have an interest in analytics and reporting to support the marketing team in analyzing data and making optimization recommendations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Work with the demand generation team to develop and execute email marketing programs, including email creation, segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous performance monitoring + Create Marketo programs and automation to process website conversions and form completions + Plan and perform A/B testing within marketing automation platform to improve productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth + Support marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce related to lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing + Responsible for campaign creation in Salesforce + Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database + Create and maintain reporting dashboards on marketing and sales effectiveness and business results + Experience creating & analyzing reports across multiple sales & marketing teams to create consolidated performance reviews & recommendations. + Take the lead on selecting, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class marketing technology stack to serve marketers across channels. + Maintain rigorous data analysis and auditing practices to uphold data integrity.
