What you will be doing

Shape and drive multi-CPG media campaigns across top platforms like Meta, Instagram, Pinterest and DV360 (more to ad servers to come!). You'll be at the forefront of crafting playbooks and quality assurance processes, optimizing ad strategies and managing omnichannel budgets to hit campaign KPIs. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on trafficking, optimizing campaigns, executing innovative A/B testing and implementing cutting-edge tactics to enhance performance. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends and play a pivotal role in shaping future strategies. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders from Planning, Creative, Ad Operations, Sales and AdTech vendors. The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, or Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ).

Main responsibilities

Assist in development playbook development and QA process for media campaignsBuild out media buys for various ad platforms using effective media buying strategiesManage the day to day paid media campaigns (setting up and monitoring) across platforms, such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, DV360, CTV etc.Assist in the implementation of the learning agendas to conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting parameters, ad formats, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.Execute optimization of targeting audience, creatives, messaging, spend and bids across campaigns to meet target KPIs with support of manager.Manage the overall budget ensuring delivery of budget and KPIsHelp in providing optimization recommendations on tactics/placements, targeting/segmentation and messaging to meet specific campaign objectives and delivery for multiple campaigns at a timeStay up to date with competitive landscape, industry (especially Retail Media) and digital advertising trends to influence future product offerings and ways of workingStrong stakeholder management and communication aptitude with Product Management, Technology, Sales and Account Management, Audience, Measurement, Clients and MarTech / AdTech vendor partnersThe salary range is $50,900 to $63,080 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.Experience within Retail Media Network or ecom/retail, preferably grocery, e-commerce or CPG categories. Retail Media Network experience is desired, but we are willing to train in the operating model.1+ years of experience in digital media buying and execution in ad technology including Ad Serving, Media Platforms (DV360, TradeDesk, Social Platforms, CTV), Retail Median Networks, LiveRamp and/or relevant digital media tools.Proven expertise to influence people, process and technology in a manner that enriches the customer experience and overall team
