Viably is looking for a player/coach to build our Marketing Organization.

This is a hands-on role, where we expect the individual to actively work on tasks while they build the team over time.

Requirements:

• Serve as part of the leadership team, aligning the company goals and vision with marketing strategies• Proven experience in driving growth and revenue• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results• Measure and analyze marketing performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives• Achieve customer acquisition goals through demand generation campaigns, audience building and engagement, SEO, content strategy, social media engagement, online presence (listings and reviews,) referral programs, and customer buyer journey optimization• Set the GTM strategy and manage multiple marketing programs, including integrated digital campaigns, database and email marketing, email nurture and other brand campaigns• Deploy automation programs to engage leads and customers and accelerate their buyer journey• Champion market research, the voice of the customer, and customer data and feedback• Manage and optimize the use of marketing technologies and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and measurement• Establish marketing metrics to track the success of marketing efforts and provide regular reporting to stakeholders• Oversee marketing vendor relationships to ensure there is streamlined communication across all teams to deliver quality services/products to clients• Develop and execute a global partner strategy and framework with scalability and efficiency in mind

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years in Marketing roles with increasing responsibilities; leadership experience required• Experience building go-to-market strategy across customer segments• Experience using data-driven decision-making across sectors• Ability to qualify and prioritize marketing efforts• Strength in SaaS and Product-led Growth strategy and execution• Happy to test new ideas and innovate• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Hubspot experience required• Track record of driving positive results in hands-on environments• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy with a laser focus on attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple, often shifting priorities, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment• FinTech and Start-Up (series A) experience a huge plus
