What We Need

Corpay is looking to hire a Marketing Manager, NAL within our Marketing division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new acquisition, and customer retention, and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments and lead the implementation of various marketing initiatives. This Marketing Manager position will serve across multiple lines of business and products and must have experience engaging with senior leadership. You will report to the Director of Marketing and regularly collaborate across various business units.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.Campaign Management:

Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, and in-product channels.Ability to manage and execute email campaigns in partnership with the marketing operations team.Tracks spending for marketing initiatives and ensures efficient allocation of resources.Product Marketing:

Design and execute customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and cross-sell communications.Lead product positioning, messaging development, and marketing claims across lines of businesses and solutions.Maintain the product and company identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with leadership, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on marketing performance, trends, and market conditions.Innovation and Trends:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing approaches.Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience with product and customer marketing. Preferred experience in technology, innovation and/or payments.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong ability to navigate complex and fast-paced organizations.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetBenefits & Perks
