HEYDUDE

is eager to welcome a new teammate to join the Americas Digital Commerce team as a

Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Commerce . This is a new role in our organization and this person will be responsible for implementing Social Commerce campaigns that align with business goals and objectives. This teammate will have a passion for Social Commerce and provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to develop and deliver strategies to engage with creators and consumers and drive revenue through Social Commerce.

As Social Commerce becomes a meaningful consumer touchpoint digitally, this Social Commerce maven will use develop better relationships with consumers and creators on various social platforms. The ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders vital. HEYDUDE is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to use this momentum to their advantage and support sustainable, accelerated growth for the business.

What You'll Do

Handle tactical execution of Social Commerce campaigns that align with goals and objectivesWork with internal and external teams to create & curate engaging content tailored for Social CommerceOwn relationships with 3rd party vendor partners to integrate, optimize and handle day-to-day creator programsMonitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analyses, implement robust testing strategies, and identify opportunities to grow or optimize performanceDevelop clear and detailed reports that share campaign and test success, highlighting what went well and where we need to improveWork with the greater Digital Marketing team to communicate campaign results & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goalsActively police the presentation of the HEYDUDE brand in this space to ensure our policies are being followed; work with HEYDUDE Brand team to effectively communicate brand voice to content creators/affiliatesCoordinate with members from various teams, including Brand/Influencer Marketing, Integrated MarketingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Social CommerceCreate and implement testing strategies to achieve actionable insights and improve campaign performanceLead multiple projects at one time and maintain timelines, prioritizing as needed and communicating any at-risk itemsField special projects and requests as neededUse data analytics to drive business performance and decision makingWhat You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fieldMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Influencer, Paid Media, or Social Commerce campaignsAbility to "run the business by the numbers", using data to drive action & optimizationExperience quantifying Digital Marketing impact, and creating alignment with overall business goals/initiativesDeep understanding of at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)Experience managing agency partners & using partner feedback to improve performanceStrong project management skills, multi-tasking prowess and ability to stay organisedYou're a problem solver who uses critical thinking skills to find innovative solutionsYou take initiative to generate ideas that propel the business forward and contribute to organizational effectivenessStrives to hit metric-driven goals and searches for the right solutions for HEYDUDEHave a "we before me" mentality and ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
