Our team at Aquent is working with a world-renowned social media company in their search for a

Creative Director

who has experience in sports marketing. We are currently seeking a Creative Leader to lead Marketing creative in partnership with agencies and product marketers. This role will act as the connecting tissue, representing the brand in front of agency partners to develop brand building work that will cultivate our brand look and feel. The successful candidate will continually push for innovation, never settling for the status quo. This person must have a strong background in Creative Direction (agency or client side) and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across multiple media formats.

Key Responsibilities:Creative / Hands-on Work -Concept and lead Marketing creative campaigns with agency partners with the ability to provide strategic feedback for art or copyRepresent the brand and guide agency to the goal, balancing creative excellence with the goals and needs of the projects.Help develop and inform creative briefs that provide strategic insights, and data driven results to inspire creative concepts and ideasCollaborate with Creatives, Designers and other cross-functional team members to produce standout and strategically-focused global campaigns across multiple media formats while maintaining consistency for the brandManagement / Leadership -

Partner with Designers, Copywriters, Marketing, Media, Analytics and Program Management on developing scalable design frameworks with the goal to optimize creative performance.Drive alignment across internal partners and leadership around core concepts and ideas.Become a trusted and valued partner across the marketing organization, including Marketing, Program Management, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Sales.Implement and iterate on best practices for marketing channels across paid and owned media, affiliates and educate cross functional teams on these best practices.Skills:

Strong communication skills; ability to respond to briefs creatively; present ideas and concepts to stakeholders; collaborate and iterate based on feedback from internal crossfunctional partnersStrategic minded, multidisciplinary, conceptual, collaborative, analyticalAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative and independent environmentExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesComfortable independently guiding teams, agencies and production partners, but should be willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work when necessaryQualifications

A robust portfolio showcasing relevant workTechnology & product experience requiredSports marketing experience idealExperience overseeing and collaborating with agencies and creative teamsExperience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environmentExperience working with data & insights in a results oriented environment10+ years relevant experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $153.05 to $170.06 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
