SEO Manager
to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve the online visibility and search rankings of our local businesses. This will be based in our Charlotte, NC office M-Fri with some hybrid flexibility.

Conduct local SEO audits and create actionable plansPerform keyword research to identify valuable search terms, including local and long-tail keywordsOptimize website content, structure, and performance for improved search rankings and organic trafficBuild local SEO pages based on high-volume keywords across all division websitesAutomate repetitive tasks and leverage AI responsibly for content creationUse internal or third-party tools to streamline page creationManage budget, strategy, and direction for SEO effortsOptimize local directory listings using YextCollaborate with a third-party agency to implement SEO strategiesCommunicate complex concepts clearly and effectivelyAnalyze data from web analytics platforms to generate actionable insights and reportsSelect and implement SEO tools for performance monitoring and reportingDevelop a comprehensive SEO strategy to achieve 100% traffic growth in the first yearIntegrate SEO with other channels (e.g., email, SMS) in the lead flow processWork with content managers to create and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized contentManage a white-hat link-building campaign for high-quality backlinksEstablish KPIs to align SEO efforts with business goals and ensure team accountabilityBuild a CRO system and SEO-focused content strategy to optimize lead quality and flowEnhance directory listings like GBP through Yext for better lead flowAchieve over 10% of total sales from the SEO channel by year-endFoster strong relationships with marketing, content, and Martech teams for SEO alignmentApply innovative growth hacking principles to improve channels beyond SEOWhat You'll Bring:
A self-starting, curious, proven performer with at least 4 years of SEO experiencePassionate about innovating in organic search and an innovative, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical skillsStrong data analytics skills; able to pull & manipulate multiple datasets to inform strategy with dataFamiliarity with a number of SEO suites and toolsExperience working in the weeds with data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Cloud Projects/Big Query, Google Search Console, SQL, and/or other common reporting platforms
