CAD Engineer Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-CAD Engineer experience preferred-GED / High School Diploma-Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen-Able to pass a background check-Able to work in the US-Experience in relevant industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, architecture)-Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar-Familiarity with additional software like BIM (Building Information Modeling)-Strong understanding of drafting standards, engineering principles, and design practices-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications-Familiarity with relevant codes and standards-High level of accuracy and precision in drafting and modeling-Meticulous approach to checking and verifying work for errors and inconsistencies
