The Manager, Client Management for Multichannel Communications leads transactional print, mail, and electronic delivery services. Clients supported are in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, and Government.Responsibilities
Managing all client contract requirements including SLA's, change requests, digital/physical security, disaster recovery/business continuity, and regulatory compliance.Managing staff including cross training, running meetings, technical /professional development, performance appraisals, and hiring / terminations.Tracking financials such as client P&L, revenue estimates, monthly accruals, invoice approvals, and implementing cost savings.Leading projects, risk management, facilitating meetings and adapting/executing functional or departmental business plans to improve efficiency across related teams.Ensuring client retention and relationship building, and modeling for renewals and new business developmentProviding client audit support, record retention and maintenance of team site for change requests, compliance, and reports.Requirements
Have proven experience in staff management, client management, and revenue forecasting in the multichannel industry.Be able to travel occasionally for client meetings and to Conduent locations.Flexible Working

The estimated salary range for this role is $77,000 to $90,000.
