Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel/Modified of the DoD Direct Hire Authority. Responsibilities You will serve as the primary Assured Communications coordinator and principal policy advisor. You will develop and execute analytic requirements agenda required to support Department of Navy's annual planning. You will manage and assess the adequacy of deliverables from technical contractors. You will serve as a principal lead for Navy in all Joint and inter-agency forums supporting Space Resiliency. You will coordinate the work of civilians, active duty military officers and contract personnel. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Developing and executing analytic requirements to support the annual planning and programmatic cycle for leadership discussions. 2.) Determining and adjusting short term priorities and preparing schedules for completion of work assignments. 3.) Reviewing contract documentation related to operational technical issues and recommending continuation or termination of work projects. 4.) Applying satellite communication requirements and programs for the development of strategic and tactical requirements. 5.) Coordinating work of various personnel tiers to carry out an organizations mission. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. Relocation expenses (i.e. PCS) may be authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
