Hologic is seeking a Brand Operations Marketing Specialist on the Brand Marketing Team within the Hologic Diagnostics division. The Brand Operations Marketing Specialist will be responsible for critical data analysis, digital marketing management, project management, production of marketing excellence deliverables, tradeshow/conference planning for the Diagnostic Solutions division.

The Brand Operations Marketing Specialist will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Corp Brand, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders within the organization, as well as liaise with agencies and vendors. This role is based in San Diego, CA, where you will be part of a dynamic organization within a fast-moving and rapidly growing area of our business.

You must be extremely organized and attentive to details as well as flexible, deadline-driven with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and drive daily project management. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Account/Project management: support marketing teams through creative projects from start to finish.

o Execute regular project status meetings with the marketing teams and keep creative projects moving forward to hit required deadlines.

o Review new creative project requests for accuracy and ensure clear direction is provided for the creative design team.

o Track project deliverables and develop project schedules by keeping an eye toward the future and working backwards to ensure projects are started with sufficient lead time to complete before their final due dates.

o Promote and support marketing excellence.

o Coordinate with marketing teams required materials and graphics for tradeshows.

o Support marketing teams with paid media initiatives and engage with paid media vendor to coordinate efforts according to plan.

• Facilitate the weekly regulatory and legal peer-review process and meeting.

• Submit final marketing materials into Oracle for final approval by legal, regulatory, and other key stakeholders.

• Coordinate with printer vendors to execute production and delivery of marketing collateral.

• Ensure completed creative collateral is archived, trafficked, and distributed as planned.

• Collaborate with warehouse fulfillment account manager to ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and timely.

o Administrator on the warehouse fulfillment website and be responsible for uploading new material to the online ordering portal, reviewing items for re-stocking, managing order approvals, and maintaining and uploading new users.

• Ensure up-to-date package inserts procedures are followed and maintained on Hologic.com.

• Support Brand Operations team with metrics pulling from various platforms.

Qualifications:

• A high degree of comfort and capability using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint quickly and efficiently

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Will consider associates degree with commensurate work experience

Experience:

• Experience demonstrating the skills and abilities listed above

• Experience with Google Analytics metrics reporting a plus

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,600 to $90,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
