Greenfly is a B2B Saas company working with the biggest sports and entertainment around the globe. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for integrating new functionality and features into Greenfly’s broader marketing and sales efforts. This is a new role and will require you to create and execute your own processes and launch plans.

This position requires a strong communicator with a passion for sports, an analytical mindset, and the ability to craft compelling content. The ideal candidate will be versatile and able to manage multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning: Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for a product based on user research, market insights, and product knowledge.Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth. Collaborate with the Product team to understand product features, benefits and target audience, and create a roll out plan.Sales Enablement: Create high-quality content and collateral to support the sales team, including product guides, presentations, and case studies. Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure consistent messaging.Website Management: Update and maintain product pages on the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content.Product & Feature Launches: Plan and execute product launch and go-to-market activities, including creating launch materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines.Internal Education: Educate internal teams on new product features, benefits, and updates to ensure company-wide alignment.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Other Marketing Support: As a key player on a small B2B marketing team at a growing organization, from time to time you may be asked to help with other priority marketing initiatives.
