Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.The Marketing Sales Manager role has responsibility for executing the overall sales and marketing efforts, in conjunction with the Marketing Director for an Aegis Living community. The intention is to achieve optimal census and revenue targets through the following sales related activities: proactive business development, securing new residents through calls and tours, engagement with existing residents and tracking sales activities. The Marketing Sales Manager is responsible for selling a premium product, the delivery of high acuity of care and the hallmarks of an Aegis Community; making a difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities

Execute and participate in sales action plans and sales related activities in conjunction with the Marketing DirectorConduct tours of the community with prospective families with the ability to close the sale resulting in new resident move-insExecute and participate in various community events and family events both inside and outside of the communityConduct proactive outreach to the local community residents, leaders and organizationsBuild referral partner relationships through proactive outreach to include local physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilitiesUnderstand rental agreements and be able to negotiate terms and conditionsRecord all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi) and engage with reactive leads within 12 hoursDevelop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activitiesAttend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by managementDevelop a full working knowledge of operations, nursing and care in the community, with the ability to articulate to families during the sales processDeliver service excellence throughout the perspective customer experience as well as ongoing with existing residentsMaintains professional working relationship and promotes open lines of communications to achieve initiatives with other internal departmentsSupport prospective families with the move-in process, creating a “Wow” experienceAssist with model room and respite room setupsTravel as necessary for outside sales calls, industry eventsQualifications

At least 1 years of sales experience, experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plusA 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and at least 1 years of related experienceMust possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills to frequently negotiate, sell and influence other internal personnelMust have thorough experience with professional selling skills with a consistent track record of achieving targeted sales results and exceeding goalsMust be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM toolsMin SalaryUSD $75,000.00/Yr.
