Design user-centric interfaces for chatbots and digital assistants, focusing on conversational UIs that facilitate natural and efficient user interactions.Create and refine user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors, applying these insights to design decisions.Prototype and iterate on designs through wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and high-fidelity mockups to create intuitive and attractive applications.Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to ensure that the UI integrates effectively with underlying AI technologies, including speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning models.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.Stay updated with the latest trends in design and technology, applying best practices to ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all devices.Work closely with the development team to implement designs into code, ensuring fidelity to UI/UX specifications and fast load times.Document design processes and create a consistent user interface style guide for application-wide use.Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.Strong understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.Experience designing interactive applications in a tech-driven environment, particularly those involving AI and chatbot technologies.Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX design best practices, and core web design principles.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, integrating feedback from product management, engineering, and marketing teams.Experience with user testing and usability evaluation techniques.Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design outcomes and innovative solutions.Company
