Digital Transformation & Solutions Associate Principal – Content Transformation, DCE Practice

Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Digital Transformation & Solutions Associate Principal is a senior role in the firm and will serve as a Client Leader and Thought Champion in ZS’s Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Practice. This role will have responsibility for developing and shaping our Digital CX innovations and solutions, leading a portfolio of large Digital Transformation Global programs with our clients, and cultivating strategic relationships with our client’s Business and IT Heads (including Head of Digital, CMOs, CDOs). The successful candidate will work closely with ZS’s leadership, expand new Digital business in our existing clients and develop new clients, and build trusted advisory relationships with Digital COEs and Marketing organizations at the company’s largest clients.Responsibilities:What You’ll Do:This role is designed to accelerate ZS’s Content Transformation capability through industry disruption of today’s content supply chain with AI / Gen AI driven innovative approaches and marketing transformation.This role will be a key leadership position in the DCE Practice responsible for advancing our Digital Strategy, Transformation, Marketing Technology & Operations businesses globally.Lead large scale Digital client business development and delivery engagements across Life Sciences and key priority industries.Demand Management and Selling: Drive new Sales cycles for Modular Content Supply Chain transformation programs including cutting edge Intelligent Content Factory design and setup.Lead and manage large scale Content Transformation programs linking Brand Strategy, AI driven Content Planning and Insights, regulatory approval of content, hyper-personalization of tactics, and digital channel deployments.Expand our partnership and joint GTM with AWS on Intelligent Content solutions including AI/GenAI based Content Generation and Content Intelligence solutions.Lead the implementation and system integration with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms including AEM Sites (DAM), AEM Sites (CMS), CDP, and Veeva PromoMats (for Life Sciences).Develop and commercialize innovative offerings and Product Management in the Content transformation space in areas such as micro-tagging, hyper-personalization, content variant generation leveraging Generative AI.Work closely with large cross-functional teams (e.g. Advanced Analytics/AI or Marketing Strategy & Transformation) and Offshore teams (e.g. DCE Marketing Services Pod).Play a lead role in shaping our client’s CMO organizations, Digital Operating Models, Solution Architectures, Roadmaps to help realize program value and impact.Work in tandem with Global counterparts to joint selling and large global program delivery.Develop and lead a large team of Content experts globally – Content Strategists, Content Tech/AI engineers and experts, Content Stewards and Ops. Specialists.What You’ll Bring:Deep expertise in designing, architecting, and building modern day Content Factories.Strong track record of selling and delivering modular content transformation programs and building a portfolio of clients.Strong experience in end-to-end content supply chain processes: Content planning, Tagging, variant generation, and personalization; Build Solution Architectures.Demonstrated implementation experience and technical expertise in Adobe Experience solutions – DAM, CMS, CDP, Workfront and AWS cloud architectures.Strong experience in Agency Ways of working and understanding of the agency ecosystem, agency benchmarking and content production, deployment and optimization.Experience with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal (MLR) processes and integrations with Veeva PromoMats in Life Sciences industry is preferable.Marketing domain expertise and transformation experience: Marketing processes, personalization use cases, and understanding of overall Marketing and Digital Operating Models.Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at senior levels within our clients (Life Sciences or other priority industries).Experience in innovating and disrupting new industry solutions in AI driven modular Content Transformation Personalization domains.Significant working experience with Brand Marketing Teams.Strong ability to formulate our client’s Omnichannel strategy, implementation roadmap and operating models.Strong ability to lead transformation programs that spans business strategy, advanced analytics & AI, and Digital Marketing Technologies.Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field from a top university.MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable and preferred.5+ years in a leadership role within Management Consulting / Marketing Agency Services (preferably both).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A strong work ethic.A willingness to travel to meet client needs.Executive-level presence and communication.
