JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a ‘digital-first’ thinker with experience in building and delivering engaging content through a variety of electronic and traditional platforms. This position will be the liaison between the Equipment and Power Systems division and the marketing function and will have hands-on responsibility for executing campaigns to help them achieve their sales goals. The marketing coordinator will maintain and grow databases of customers and prospects, manage leads through our CRM, orchestrate special events, process all maintenance expenses, and maintain the department budget. This individual will create and deploy marketing content such as website creation, emails, social media, and printed material.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.

One - three years of experience in an in-house marketing role or agency/service provider.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).

Familiarity/experience with Search Engine Marketing (Google PPC) and Search Engine Optimization.

Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Experience in developing reports and generating insights through Google Analytics.

Familiarity/experience with Marketing CRM such as HubSpot, and experience with HTML/web development and design is required.

Experience leveraging social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to achieve business goals.

COMPETENCIES:

Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written.

Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to set and meet deadlines.

Understanding of CRM and lead management workflows

Demonstrated ability to increase engagement and grow audience through digital media.

The ability to self-start, work independently, develop, and execute new ways to engage with our target markets is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
