We are seeking a Digital Product Manager specializing in UX research and design to join Zions Bancorporation.

Our vision is to deliver intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing digital experiences that empower employees to better service our customers, help customers effectively run their business, and help consumers achieve their personal financial goals. Using robust user experience research and design (UX R&D) principles in concert with Agile Software Development, we regularly validate with our users as we define, design and develop experiences that delight them as they progress in their target journeys.

The Title/Role will:

· Lead a team focused on UX Research, UX Design, and Digital Product management

· Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

· Provide business and product leadership for targeted Zions Bancorp digital experience technologies

· Generate ideas and prototyping concepts that are anchored in research insights, subject knowledge, technology requirements, and business goals

· Develop a deep understanding of our targeted users, their context, goals, and needs

· Document existing customer experience journey maps (CXJM) and create target-state journey maps

· Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience. This includes defining how users interact with the product, ensuring that interactions are seamless and enjoyable.

Technical Experience and Qualifications:

· 8 years of user experience (UX) or interaction design experience with demonstrated progress in levels of responsibility

· At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or marketing

· At least 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry, ideally with banking products

· Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire UX and Product management team

· Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices. This includes experience with user-centered design, usability testing, and user research techniques.

· Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. This includes presenting design concepts, research findings, and project updates in a clear and compelling manner.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret user research data and make informed design decisions. This also includes the ability to identify and solve complex design problems creatively and efficiently.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Behavioral Science or Experience Design

· A combination of education and experience may meet requirements

Location:

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company’s primary technology and operations center. This modern and environmentally friendly technology center will enable Zions to continue to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as:
