Join us as we revolutionize video understanding and multimodal AI.About the roleJoin Twelve Labs as a Senior Interaction Designer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing video understanding and multimodal AI. Based in San Francisco, CA, you will lead high-impact, user-centered design, align cross-functional teams around user needs, and prioritize high-value features.As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft intuitive user experiences—from concept to execution. You will collaborate with your design partners to enhance the Twelve Labs design language and create exceptional, innovative products that establish positive emotional connections with our customers.In this role, you willContribute to the overall design and product direction at Twelve LabsCraft high-quality product designs, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visualsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to understand requirements, provide creative solutions, and help shape our product roadmap and visionCommunicate the experience design at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypesIntegrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updatesAdvocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvementsYou may be a good fit if you have10+ years of experience in product design or UXThree years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, including two years of leading design projects and working with executive leadersProblem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing developer platformsExperience working with technical/design teams to create user flows and wireframes, and build user interface mockups and prototypesAbility to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design processSkills in communicating and influencing product design strategyThe ability to thrive in ambiguity and eagerness to drive meaningful product directionEven if there are a few checkboxes that aren’t ticked through your prior experience, we still encourage you to apply!
