Job Description:As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design projects.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs.Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Use graphic design software and tools to produce final artwork.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and a creative mindset.Curious and open-minded approach to work.Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle.Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design background.Experience consulting for the Federal government.Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.Job Location and Travel Expectations:This position is remote.
