As a Process Design Analyst , you will:
Job Description:
Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security innovation and architecture, engineering, security technology product management, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support.
The Process Design Consultant will be responsible for executing continuous improvement activities for the CST Product Management team and stakeholder groups across GIS and Enterprise. This position requires strong relationship management and communication skills to interact with senior leadership, managers, and staff at all levels of the organization to deliver against organizational priorities. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate transparency and consistency of work activities, and overall alignment to business and technology strategy.
Successful candidates will be optimistic leaders, good listeners, creative, and customer obsessed.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize working groups & create process mapsListen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)Depict information value streams and identify areas of wasteUtilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participantsChampion overall continuous improvement mission & spiritUnderstand big picture goals, team culture, and become an expert on assigned missionsinfuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvementsCommunicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the businessDeliver effective process standardization that prioritizes human beingsOrganize & communicate information efficientlyEnable Technology teams to deliver optimized solutionsCreate/execute clear plans to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $80- $85Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
