The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Looking for a leader to take overall responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy.This position is a people manager role reporting to the GVP, Growth Marketing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthLead a team of marketing professionals to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels globally including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid mediaSet the cross-channel media strategy and spend planConnect SEO tightly to paid and ensure overall search successShape the tech and analytics roadmap to support trafficking, AI-powered biddingSet clear performance targets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement, including helping to shape our approach to attribution, modeling, and incrementality measurementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaignsStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, SEO, and paid media, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvementManage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to maximize return on investment and achieve business goalsFoster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team, encouraging professional growth and development among team membersBuild and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business resultsCreate an ROI model to drive measurability of every action, asset, campaign to further scale spending efficiencyWhat you bringBasicBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or military service15+ years of Performance Marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing within the SaaS industryStrong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaignsPreferredExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goalsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, SEO strategies, and paid media campaignsDeep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and othersProven track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
