to tell CAI’s employer stories, monitor the external perception of employer brand reputation, and inform associates of important and timely company updates and announcements. You will also act as a Communications Team editor, reviewing content and upholding internal communications and employer brand tactics. This position will be

remote.This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.What You’ll DoWrite, devise, and edit communication for emails, fundraisers, contests, HR/TA-related collateral, newsletters, social media, intranet and other mediums.Manage, enhance, and promote internal communications and employer brand reputation strategies.Provide the first-level review of internal communications and employer branded content with some external communication content ensuring consistent voice and format for all company and executive announcements.Coordinate the internal communications that occurs within an organization.Monitor analytics across various communications and employer branding channels, identify gaps and areas of opportunity, and introduce ideas on how to improve.Establish an employer brand social strategy with relevant social trends.Research and maintain a calendar of deadlines for employer award submissions and draft the responses for those submissions.Support and promote corporate social responsibility initiatives with communication and ad copy and visuals.Support in event planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events.Reinforce internal communications and employer branding strategies while introducing new ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Provide additional communication review support to various departments under tight deadlines.Provide technical support during internal Power Hours and event presentations on Zoom and Teams.Support in various special projects as needed.Draft communications playbooks for internal use.What You'll NeedRequired:3-5 years of experience in communications and employer branding.Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic mentality to develop a communications framework from scratch, presenting business objectives, messaging, channels.Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and works well with others.Self-driven and able to manage projects with minimal supervision.Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking data, reporting, and providing insights from those metrics.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Experience in building relationships and communicating effectively across an organization.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.Some travel may be required for events and/or conferences.Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.#LI-JE1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
